I made a 6 hour round trip to get a game i really wanted that couldn't be delivered from this store, i made sure to check that this was the right game in stock and i even placed a click and collect order for it When i finally made it there i found out that it wasn't the right version and i had just wasted my entire morning getting the wrong game

Truly a pleasure to spend my money in this shop. All the staff pay the most amazing attention to their customers is without peer. Every question I had about gaming was answered without bias. Heck, I liked the shop so much I'm thinking of going in every day just for a chat.

Super friendly conversation, made the sale with smiles alone. Bought a second hand switch that didn't quite work, it was replaced immediately with no issues. Great team

Just a great alround experience great and helpful staff who know how to treat their customers very friendly always up for a good chat about games. I have never had an issue there and the new story is great because it has Zing there now too very nice atmosphere too.
